2. Data Protection Officer (DPO)
Euroleads, as a subsidiary of MV Group (which also gathers Yumens, GoodBuy Media, Tribu, Avanci, Yes Indeed and Weaver-fi), has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO — dedicated point of contact for GDPR compliance) to answer any question relating to the processing of your personal data or the exercise of your rights.

3. Data collected on the site
The data collected via the contact form is:
- Last name, first name
- Business email
- Phone (optional field)
- Company
- Subject of the request
- Estimated volume (optional field)
- Free-text message
No sensitive data within the meaning of Article 9 of the GDPR is collected (ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, health data, sexual orientation, biometric identification data).
Technical navigation data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) may be collected by audience-measurement tools, under the conditions set out in the "Cookies" section below.
4. Purposes of processing
Your data is processed exclusively for the following purposes:
- Processing your business or information request submitted via the form
- Subsequent exchanges and qualification linked to a data, KYC or compliance project
- Retention of exchanges for service-quality and evidence reasons
- Production of anonymized audience statistics on the use of the site
5. Legal basis
Processing is based on:
- Explicit consent materialized by the tick-box on the contact form (GDPR art. 6.1.a)
- Euroleads's legitimate interest in processing business requests and securing the site (GDPR art. 6.1.f)
- Performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject (GDPR art. 6.1.b), when the request leads to a contractual relationship
6. Retention period
The retention periods applied are as follows:
- Untransformed business requests: 3 years from the last contact
- Requests turned into a contractual relationship: duration of the relationship plus 5 years from its end, in line with accounting and evidentiary obligations
- Technical logs: 12 months maximum
- Audience-measurement cookies: 13 months maximum
At the end of these periods, the data is deleted or anonymized.
7. Data recipients
Your data is accessible only to the following recipients:
- Duly authorized commercial and operational staff of Euroleads
- Technical subcontractors (host, email-sending provider, CRM management tool) bound by confidentiality agreements and GDPR Article 28 clauses
No data transfer outside the European Union is carried out without framing by Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission or any other recognized safeguard mechanism.
8. Security
Euroleads implements the following technical and organizational measures to secure your data:
- Encryption of exchanges in transit via HTTPS/TLS
- Restriction of data access to authorized staff only
- Strong password policy and multi-factor authentication on sensitive tools
- Logging of data access and traceability
- Regular security audits and penetration tests
In the event of a breach likely to create a risk to your rights and freedoms, Euroleads notifies the CNIL (French data protection authority) within 72 hours and, if necessary, informs the persons concerned.
9. Your rights
In line with the GDPR, you have the following rights over your personal data:
- Right of access: obtain confirmation that your data is processed and receive a copy (art. 15)
- Right to rectification: have inaccurate data corrected or complete incomplete data (art. 16)
- Right to erasure: obtain the deletion of your data in the cases provided by the regulation (art. 17)
- Right to restriction: have processing suspended in the cases provided (art. 18)
- Right to portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format and transmit it to another controller (art. 20)
- Right to object: object to processing for reasons relating to your particular situation (art. 21)
- Right to withdraw consent: withdraw the consent given at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of previous processing
To exercise these rights, send your request to the DPO: dpo@mv-group.fr, with proof of identity if necessary. A reply is provided within one month, extendable by two months in case of complexity.

10. Cookies and trackers
The site euroleads.eu uses cookies for its operation and audience measurement. Three categories are distinguished:
- Strictly necessary cookies: essential for the site to work (session handling, consent storage). They do not require your prior consent.
- Audience-measurement cookies: produce anonymized usage statistics (for example Google Analytics with anonymized IP). They are placed only after your consent.
- Third-party cookies: marketing or social-media integrations. They are placed only after your consent.
A cookie management banner is accessible at the bottom of every page at all times to change or withdraw your consent. The cookie retention period is capped at 13 months in line with CNIL recommendations.
11. Updates
Euroleads reserves the right to update this privacy policy to reflect regulatory, technical or organizational changes. Any substantial modification will be brought to your knowledge by any appropriate means.
